The LTM 1110-5.2 follows the successful popular LTM 1110-5.1, not only does the new model include the new third generation control system but other updates such as a ZF TraXon DynamicPerform gearbox and a new driver’s cab.
The five-axle crane boasts a 60 metre main boom, topped by a 10.8 to 19 metre double swingaway fly jib that can be hydraulically offset by up to 40 degrees. Two extra inserts can be added between the boom nose and extension to provide a maximum tip height of 96 metres. Additionally, the crane has been equipped with Variobase® for increased safety and capacity when lifting, and remote drive for all super structure functions.
In the UK the 110-tonner can carry 29 tonnes of its 45 tonnes of counterweight on board when travelling.

Last year the company took delivery of its biggest investment, a Liebherr LTM 1450-8.1, the largest unit in its fleet.
Family-run John Sutch Cranes was founded in 1990 and is based in Liverpool with an additional location in Manchester. The company run a fleet of 35 All Terrain cranes, truck cranes and self-erecting tower cranes.
